Dear Customer,

We inform you that “Credit Concept” UCC CJSC is performing reductions in credit expenses for borrowers who made early (non-scheduled) repayments on loans issued after August 16, 2019, in accordance with the RA Law “On Consumer Lending”.

For questions regarding the process, you can visit the Company's office, write to info@creditconcept.am or call +374(12) 270270.

Complaints/claims are accepted in writing (including electronic form) at the head office or via email/post.

The Company examines complaints within 10 business days and provides a written response.

If dissatisfied with the response or no response within the deadline, you can apply to the Financial System Mediator within 6 months.

Any person also has the right to receive other information in accordance with paragraph 8 of Regulation 8/04 “Minimum Requirements and Principles for Internal Legal Acts Regulating the Complaint Review Process” (internal rules on complaint acceptance and review).

The specified documents are provided after submitting a written application — free of charge electronically to the specified email or in person from the head office after paying copying fees, within a five-day period.

“Credit Concept” UCC CJSC is supervised by the Central Bank of Armenia.

The company bears no responsibility for the accuracy and reliability of the content of other websites linked on its website, as well as for advertisements placed on those websites.
