Real Estate Renovation Loan

Loans are provided in AMD and USD:

• Minimum loan amount - 350,000 AMD or 800 USD
• Maximum loan amount - 50,000,000 AMD or 120,000 USD
• Loan term – 12-60 months
• Annual nominal interest rate: AMD 18-20%, USD 16%
• Annual effective interest rate: AMD 12-30%, USD 11-24%
• Disbursement method - cashless, transferred to client's bank account
• One-time loan disbursement fee - not applied
• Monthly loan servicing fee - 0.3% on outstanding AMD loans
• Early repayment penalty (for loans >5M AMD) - 0.6% on repaid amount in first year
• Loan application review fee - one-time 5,000 AMD
• Penalties and fines - 0.12% daily on overdue principal, 0.12% daily on overdue interest
• Loan repayment schedule - annuity/equal payments
• Real estate renovation loans ≤5,000,000 AMD can be provided with guarantee only or with collateral
• Real estate renovation loans >5,000,000 AMD provided exclusively with collateral. Real estate LTV ≥80%; movable ≥60%
